Local Health concerns

As you know i play pretty much all day to all night unless I'm out doing something.
But over time it takes some pretty messed up effects from over gaming here's 5:

1.Hurting eyes to bad eyesight(talon had this before)
2.Exposure to unhealthy food habits or starving self
3.Addiction (it happens rarely to some people)
4.Social skills being effected (some kids are bubble boys being over mothered to never experience things other then inside a house)
5.Death (ya this one seems drastic one but it is possible by god)

What I'm getting at everyone is don't over do it this summer relax leave your gaming concerns behide for a dam day and take in some sunlight over the summer.Because if we find out something happens to you and its one of these reasons it would be terrible.

I've recently taken it upon myself to go and take a bike ride or run a random erran or even grab some chow starting tomorrow... i realize my eyes are starting to strain and that my glasses are now needed when i game... sadly this isnt all (back aches majored alot) And socail skills are depleting i think addiction is a strong word i wouldnt say i have an adiction to games but i might and as for death im still alive but some argue "Dead inside" or attempted suicides due to cyber bullies its intresting... sad.. and quite rediculous.. though i can understand drama on a game is hard but we live from it and my most infamous quote around school
